COMPANY HISTORY  ALCEAN was founded in 2005. The company's founder trained as an engineer, but left the management of a major service company after 15 years, with the desire of maintaining a certain way of thinking and developing on the ground his passion for human resources. At Alcean, we wanted to build an environment where ambitions and convictions exist in harmony alongside each other. From then on, this passion and this energy were liberated for the benefit of all the staff who chose to join Alcean.
